Developing the long term road map, strategic plan and short term goals to move the organization forward with a growth mindset.

Researching and staying abreast of the industry trends, new technology, and digital marketing strategies and implementing new initiatives based on Palchinsky’s principles;
-Seek out new ideas and try new things,

Co-Campaign Manager for the 
Re-Elect Tim Tierney 2018 & 2022 Campaign

One half of the dynamic pair that ran Tim Tierney's 2018 re-election campaign to a 81.34% landslide victory. As described by former City Councillor Rainer Bloess "Its the best political machine I've seen."

From recruiting and managing volunteers, to SWOT analysis and platform creation, debate preparation, social outreach and implementing a solid Get Out The Vote strategy to data analysis on issues, polling numbers, and advanced voter outreach we ran "an effective and efficient campaign."

Co-Campaign Manager for the 
Penny Thompson for Rideau-Rockcliffe By-Election 2019 Campaign

Partner in the campaign management of Penny Thompson's 2019 bid during the by-election in Ottawa's Rideau-Rockcliffe ward. Running a campaign in a very crowded field of 17 candidates, overseeing a rebrand in a breakneck-paced campaign, social media & online advertising, special interest group outreach, polling and voter ID call centre, and fundraising & database management using the NationBuilder platform.

Creating a platform for a Community Leader, Penny Thompson focused on bringing people together, listening to their views, and taking action to build stronger, connected communities to; 
-Make the right investments in housing, because everyone deserves a place to call home. 
-Keep taxes low for effective and efficient use of our tax dollars.
-Fixing and maintaining our roads and sidewalks in a timely way. 
-Greater council oversight of Light Rail and public transit.

In the Community:

Vice-President of the Pineview Community Association

As Pineview Community Association enters it's third year of operation, a milestone that will allow it to be formally recognized by the City of Ottawa my role is to support the president as we move forward with two key endevours.

1) In 2016 we launched our full community outreach to connect & engage with residents to determine priorities and focuses for the PCA's 5 year strategic direction.

2) Advocating for a community space for social programs in the immediate Pineview area.

Advocating for a mixed-modal housing solution for every plan of subdivision or development. With a mixture of housing models the government and society can create integrated communities that reduce social services costs, help remove women and children from abusive environments, reduces segregation and crime rates, and create communities with additional support.
